Commercial Property Partner with following



West Yorkshire commercial firm seeks commercial property partner for Leeds office. Ideally but necessarily already practising in Leeds, the successful candidate will head up the commercial property team in this firm's recently established Leeds office. Property is by far the largest department of this practice. A following of work is a pre-requisite. The department currently undertakes a range of matters including, but not limited to Business Sales/Purchases, Site Acquisition & Disposal, Collateral Warranties, Site Assembly on Schemes of Development, Building contacts & Negotiations

The Team's clients include large property companies, institutions and developers dealing with industrial, office and residential transactions throughout Yorkshire and nationally.
