Our client is a highly successful debt recovery practice based in Leeds city centre which acts for a loyal client base of investors, banks and the pubic sector. Due to an influx of new work, they are looking to recruit a number of debt recovery litigators to join their evolving team.





You will handle a caseload of debt recovery matters from inception to completion including litigation, using a state of the art case management system. You will need to have a background of running a debt recovery caseload and will be familiar with the litigation process including issuing proceedings, enforcement and judgement. Ideally you will have a background of handling order for sale and charging orders.



You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be a strong team player and be confident in working to tight deadlines and targets. You will be IT literate and will have used case management systems.
