High-volume Digital Photo Production/Operations Manager



We are working closely with a leading Global business who is partnering a “High Street Name” to deliver a new service in to the retail sector.



We are seeking a professional individual who has significant production/operational management experience in the set-up and ongoing management & development of a high-volume digital photo & photo gift production facility, including wet- and dry-lab processes and technologies, supplier management and client interaction at a senior level.



With strong commercial & financial managerial skills, including previous responsibility for Profit & Loss accounts and cost centre control, and an exceptional level of expertise in this niche sector, candidates should be able to demonstrate high levels of knowledge and recent exposure to implementing quality- and lean-manufacturing techniques, such as 6-Sigma, and are likely to be of Graduate calibre.
