Job Role: Retentions Consultants. (No cold-calling)

A well known bank situated in Leeds is expanding and looking to recruit a number of Retentions Consultants for their Outbound team.



If you come from a Sales background, don’t enjoy cold-calling, are money hungry and have great communication skills, then read on:



Retentions Consultants deal with existing customers. These customers have insurance policies with the bank which are due for renewal.

Consultants retain these policies by offering a portfolio of products and services whilst cross/up-selling to ensure they stay with the bank.



Once you have completed 2 weeks training you will work towards achievable targets in a friendly but progressive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to earn £500 per month on commission/bonuses on top of their basic salary. Additional incentives are offered regularly to motivate individuals to exceed their targets. Currently consultants are earning a minimum of £200 per month on commission only whilst some are achieving £1000!
