Freight Development Manager



Established in 1995 and offering freight forwarding solutions on a bespoke basis including mainland Europe and the Scandinavian regions, services to the USA and Asia along with Transport/Courier services. My client also deals with all major airlines across the world so can offer competitive rates and services in this sector

Based in Shipley with staff of 15 my client is now looking to strengthen and add to the team a freight forwarding development professional with a high level of freight forwarding experience.



Your role will involve costing, quoting handling documentary and operating cargo with whichever suppliers you source. Using your own entrepreneurial skills to develop and maximise business and thereby generate reasonable profits for the company.



My client offers a completely free reign to manage their day entirely as they choose without anyone looking over their shoulder or expecting ongoing reports. Salary will be discussed at interview stage although a reasonably successful person would generate a salary in excess of £40k without too much difficulty.
